Where is my order shipped from?
Depending on what products are ordered, we ship from 2 different fulfilment centres , both based in E.U. countries

Does gr8researchchemicals-eu.com ship to the U.K.
No, not under any circumstances.

I have received an email requesting further information labelled "Security Check"
We will occasionally check the authenticity of our customers to prevent fraudulent purchases. If you have no trading history with us any order over €100 will be put on hold and you will be asked to provide proof of identity, your order will not be processed under any circumstances until this information is supplied. We will also ask for this information if your ordering pattern dramatically changes for example you have 10 previous orders each under €50 then you place an order to the value of €300, this is outside your normal ordering pattern and will cause a security check to be raised.

I have not received any email updates have you shipped my order?
All orders will receive email updates, If you have not yet received an email then please check your junk mailbox as some emails seem to be directed there. You may also log in to your account and see the status of your order at any time. 

What are your payment processing capabilities?
We only accept Visa credit & debit cards via our online 3D secure processing merchant, which is a quick and easy process. We will accept orders up to a value of €250 for payment by card. Any orders over €250...please select Bitcoin or Bank Transfer, as your payment method. 

Why is my payment been declined?
This is a question you need to call your card issuer for, We do not decline or accept payments your card issuer gives us the accept or decline status to all orders, If your purchase is international please note that some credit & debit cards are set up for domestic use only and will not allow international transactions however normally you can call your card issuer and authorise the payment. 

How long should my order take to arrive?
EU orders will normally arrive within a week. Non EU orders will take a little longer, the average shipping time is 3 - 12 business days but can take longer.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Currently we only offer shipping via the postal service as this proves to be the best method for our customers.. 

How much can I order from you?
We can supply anything from 250mg, up to many kilograms of chemicals. Please contact us for a quote, if the amount you require is not listed. 

Do you accept Paypal?
We do not accept Paypal, I'm afraid.

Do you supply free samples?
No we do not supply free samples. You can buy samples from this website, at very reasonably prices. If you are a regular customer and require a sample with an order just ask in the comments section, the dispatcher would usually accommodate you if they are in a good mood ;o).

I ordered the wrong item can I return or replace it?
No sorry...due to the nature of this business all sales are final. If you make a mistake, contact us immediately to cancel or amend your order, however...if we have already processed your order, then we will not be able to amend it. There are no exceptions to this!

Is your company legit?
The answer is yes we are 100% legitimate! gr8researchchemicals-eu.com is a new online selling company, but the team behind it have been in the business for many years.You should be able to search online for online reviews and ratings left by past customers very soon , they should be easy enough to come by as we continue to grow

How will my order be packaged?
All orders are package very discreetly in padded envelopes or envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside, no mention of products names or the website name on the out side of the packages. full chemical details are supplied on the internal packaging.

How can you guarantee my order will arrive to my address?
If you live in the E.U. and you had your order shipped by a trackable method then yes you are covered by our reship policy, If your order does not arrive we will simply reship it free of charge after 21 days, please note we will only allow 1 free reship and its your responsibly to check legalities, if the package has been taken by customs because its not legal in your country or your package was not a recorded tracked package ie standard airmail then you will NOT qualify for any free reship. 
Any order placed to a region outside the E.U. is NOT covered by our reship policy under any circumstances and is sent at the customers own risk.
All reships are sent by unregistered airmail.
Regions that are not covered by our reship policy under any circumstances are Russia, Australia, and Romania

My order has not arrived yet can you call the mail service and see why its delayed?
No we do not call or chase up orders until the 21 days period as passed and we will simply just reship the order and then we will file a claim for a lost package, calling the postal service will not get any answers, we will only get the same information as it reads on your tracking details. 

Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes all registered orders are supplied with a tracking number unless you select airmail which has no tracking option. 

Do you have a product that's not listed on your website ?
We can source most products in any quantity, If they is a product you are interested in you can contact us for more information, we will only source products not listed on our website if the order is 250g or over. 

My tracked order has not arrived after 21 days, can i have a refund instead of a reship?
No you will not get any refund, we are kind enough to offer a free reship which is more than some vendors offer so a refund is out of the question. 

If I order now will my order be here tomorrow?
Probably not unless, you happen to be in the same region as our dispatch facilities 

What courier service do you use?
For all standard orders we use international trackable or regular airmail.

I have seen prices cheaper then yours on another website, will you price match? 
I'm sorry, but we have fixed our prices to be extremely competative and have discount offers, from time to time. We are renound as a trusted, reputable research chemical vendor, and price our products based on quality. There are suppliers that offer inferior products...we can't match these prices...sorry. 

I am a regular customer can I have a discount?
We will decide when we offer discounts and normally you will be notified by email so be sure to make a account to take advantage of all discounts and offers.We will be running many discounts and special offers over the coming months.

I have had an email saying my order is being shipped from 2 locations, why is this?
This is due to there being different laws in the 2 dispatch centres we work from, and some stock can only be held for legal reasons, if an order is split shipped both will be sent but they may arrive a few days apart on rare occasions.
